SHOW VEHICLES BOOKING IN

 

Entry to this Years Show is still FREE TO ALL SHOW VEHICLES. There is NO BOOKING IN REQUIRED you can just turn up on show day. Please aim to be parked by 9.30am at the latest so that we can allow the public in from 10am. TRADERS - BOOKING IN

 

To apply for a trade stall at this year’s event, please contact us on 07887 673709 or send an email to us at essexcustomshow@gmail.com stating:

 

• What you will be selling/promoting

• The size of your stall

• How many helpers you will have

 

 

After you have received a reply from us stating the price for your pitch, you will then by emailed a traders application form.  Please note we only allow 2 people selling the same item/goods to ensure a fair trade to both.

 

Please note payment MUST be sent in with your traders application form or your pitch WILL NOT be reserved. Payment can be done in the form of a cheque or card payment can be taken over the phone 07887 673709.

ADVERTISING IN OUR SHOW DAY PROGRAMME

 

Welcome and Thank you for taking the time to read this.

 

We are running our 4TH Essex Custom/Classic Car and Bike show on the 7TH of August 2016 and after a very successful show last year we have now had to move to a bigger venue 23 (acres) in Weeley Essex to accommodate everything that is going to be happening at the show.

 

With all this in mind we have put together a Programme for the day which will see 3,000 copies printed for circulation.  So whether it be to advertise your company/club or upcoming event, be part of this opportunity and promote to an audience from car/bike enthusiasts to families of all ages.

 

 

Please note all details, images & logos for your advert must be forwarded to us no later than FRIDAY 1st July 2016.

 

The sizes for adverts in the programme are:

Full Page: 138mm(w) x 200mm(h)

Half Page: (Horizontal) 138mm(w) x 98mm(h)

Quarter Page: 66mm(w) x 98mm(h)

 

All artwork must be 300dpi and in CMYK, Email all designs to: Essexcustomshow@gmail.com
